Please unlock my phone been waiting since Tuesday 48 hrs have passed. Husband is sick, need phone. Management please email back to me address cblilley@comcast.net You sent a message stating private message, but when I log in not available. IMEI: 351530010702067

alreadly have paid. Can not read private message on the forum.

Many apologies for the delay in issuing your IMEI code. We've had numerous technical problems over the past few weeks, leading to a large delay in sending out purchases.

You should now have received your IMEI unlock code. If you have not, please check your spam folders and then email imei-unlock@cell-unlock.com and one of our team will assist you.

We are now receiving all emails sent to us, so you should receive a response within 24 hours.

Could you please, also specify on what page of your portal have you seen this error message? What were you doing, when this error message appeared?

It looks like we were having some problems with new subscriptions yesterday. Were going through the logs and should have your account set up soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
