| I have requested numerous times for either the code, status or a refund. If there is a National forum to advise others of this poor performing operation, please advise. A very disappointed customer. |

After numerous attempts via e-mail and much patience in waiting for the so called 24-48 hour turn-around on an unlock code for receipt number: 5078-2498-0893-1595. Please refund my fee for which you have already charged.
This is ridiculous. |

Do a Google search for scamalert, it will give you several pages where you can post your experience, and you can also complain to Paypal.
I have the same problem, and i'm starting to go that way now. |
