Havent got my unlock code??

I havent got the unlock code i paid for six days ago, I need it by tommorow morning or i am reporting this issue to paypal.
I expect the best of support from you guys and i hope i dont have to report this issue, below are my details.

The least you guys can do is tell me why the process is being delayed and how many more days will it take, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, please?

Thanks guys, I always keep the mails and info from products that I buy but.... I still find myself missing info for some stupid reason.
I have an email with the order no. from regsoft but the unlock code is not in it. So maybe I spaced out on it. That is whats so frustrating about buy stuff online.
You buy it from a company and another company sends it to you and another company bills you and the company that actually develops it is yet another company.
I already tried the codebot from mediachance. I got a mail back saying that I had a program registered called DVDFab source creator but lab studio was not on the list.
When I purchased lab studio I had a different E mail address and I included that info when I sent it.

So... the beat goes on

It has been about 72 hours since I purchased the unlock code for my ATT Moto Q and I havent received any code. Can someone please tell me the status on wither or not a code was found?
