Here are some very important instructions for users that are unlocking any of these models: C975, C980, V975, V980, E1000, V1050. The software may sometimes need to downgrade the bootloader of your phone (does not change functionality of phone, only alters communication interface with computer).

Please note that this procedure is only necessary for these models if your bootloader needs to be downgraded. If you are prompted to downgrade, you will need to follow the following instructions:

  1. During the unlock procedure you will get the message "Server will
downgrade bootloader... ". If you agree you should press "OK".
  2. After downgrade boot your phone will not ON. You should hold the * and # buttons on your phone's keypad and then press then "on" button for 2 seconds and then release. You should see "Error: 0x1DE" on the phone's screen.
Unlock procrdure automatically repair this error and after that unlock will go in simple way.
  3. If unlocking procedure for some reason does not work, your phone can show "Error: 0x1DE". You should select the "Repair" option in the software and select from list "repair error 0x1DE...". After that simply repeat unlock procedure and your phone will be unlocked.
YOU SHOULD NEVER USE ANY OTHER SOLUTION TOREPAIR YOUR PHONE. If you will have any troubles you should post in the "post your problem" section of this forum.
