Motorola RAZR V3xx Unlocking Software

The Motorola RAZR V3xx is not yet supported by our software.

We are not currently able to unlock the MOTORAZR V3xx. However, we are constantly adding support for new models such as the MOTORAZR V3xx. We will be working on support for the RAZR V3xx after we have added support for the V3x (which should be finished soon). Please check back regularly for updates on this page - hopefull we'll have Motorola V3xx unlocking added to our software soon.

In the meanwhile, you can unlock your Motorola V3xx using our Cingular AT&T Unlocking Service.

Motorola RAZR V3xx Review and Specifications

The Motorola RAZR V3xx is an update to the previous V3xx model, with the addition of 3G HSDPA technology. HSDPA allows for high-speed data transmissions over 3G networks being developed around the world. The V3xx also supports older EDGE data transmission protocols, and comes with full MP3 support, a clear 2.2" color screen, and both a VGA camera and a 1.3 MP digital camera. All these come in a slim, attractive design much like previous RAZR models. This phone is one of the first HSDPA phones being carried by Cingular Wireless. Recent reviewers of the V3xx have raved about the interface speed and call clarity.
